Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets the rules for using FindUla. It applies to every visitor, applicant, and member. By using the service you agree to this AUP and our Terms of Service.

2. Age restrictions

FindUla is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly allow accounts, profiles, messaging, or content involving anyone under 18. We remove underage accounts and report child sexual exploitation or abuse material to the appropriate authorities.

3. Illegal acts and prohibited behavior

You may not use FindUla to commit, promote, or facilitate any illegal act, including but not limited to:

• Fraud, identity theft, scams, or activity intended to defraud other users
• Money laundering, terrorism financing, or other financial crime
• Harassment, stalking, threats, blackmail, or coercion
• Hacking, phishing, malware distribution, or unauthorized access
• Any other activity that violates applicable law

4. Prohibited content and conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on FindUla:

• Sexually explicit profile content, including nude or pornographic photos, videos, or descriptions used as profile media
• Child sexual exploitation or abuse material of any kind — including depictions, solicitation, or grooming of minors
• Sexual violence, rape threats, or content that glorifies sexual assault
• Non-consensual intimate imagery (“revenge porn”) or sharing private sexual content without the depicted person’s consent
• Facilitation of human trafficking or sex trafficking, including sexual exploitation of any person
• Commercial sex, escort advertising, prostitution, or solicitation of paid sexual services
• Scam activity intended to defraud end-users of the platform — including romance scams, advance-fee scams, investment scams, or requests to move conversations off-platform for fraudulent purposes
• Hate speech, doxxing, or content that encourages violence or abuse

5. Account integrity

You must use your real identity. Fake profiles, catfishing, impersonation, duplicate accounts created to evade bans, and circumvention of verification or safety systems are prohibited.

6. Enforcement

We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and report illegal activity to law enforcement. We review reports of AUP violations and may act immediately where safety is at risk. Repeated or severe violations result in permanent removal.

7. Reporting

Report violations in-app or by emailing hello@findula.com. If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement first.
