Terms of Service

1. The service

FindUla is a membership community for adults seeking a serious, long-term partner. By creating an account, applying for membership, or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement. You agree to complete identity verification, to represent yourself truthfully, and to treat other members with respect. Accounts that misrepresent identity, intentions, age, or verified attributes are removed.

3. Prohibited conduct

You may not use FindUla for any unlawful purpose. Without limiting the foregoing, you expressly agree that you will not:

• Engage in, facilitate, promote, or solicit human trafficking, including sexual exploitation of any person.
• Aid, abet, encourage, or assist abuse, exploitation, violence, or harm toward any person — online or offline.
• Solicit, advertise, or arrange commercial sex, escort services, or any form of prostitution.
• Harass, stalk, threaten, blackmail, or coerce another member.
• Share non-consensual intimate imagery, or request sexual content from anyone under 18.
• Create fake profiles, impersonate others, or use the service for scams, fraud, or money laundering.
• Circumvent verification, safety, or moderation systems.

We investigate reports of prohibited conduct, cooperate with law enforcement when legally required, and may suspend or terminate accounts immediately.

4. Verification

Verification badges reflect evidence reviewed at a point in time and may be re-verified. Identity checks may be processed by Stripe Identity. Submission of documents does not guarantee approval or membership.

5. Membership and billing

Paid memberships renew automatically until canceled and are governed by the pricing shown at checkout and on our Membership page. You may cancel through the billing portal. Refunds are handled as described in our refund policy and applicable law.

6. Content

You retain rights to content you upload. You grant FindUla a limited license to host and display that content as needed to operate the service. We may remove content that violates these Terms or our safety standards.
